Biography

Stephanie McNulty specialises in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and issues and crisis management.

With more than 15 years’ experience working in complex, high-pressure environments, Stephanie has deep expertise in media and public relations, stakeholder engagement, and corporate communications.

She has led high-impact communications campaigns, including supporting nationally significant policy and reform agendas, major advocacy and fundraising campaigns, and helped organisations strengthen stakeholder engagement and digital presence.

Stephanie has also led communications responses for major cyber incidents, large-scale organisational restructure and transformation programs, and enterprise-wide brand and engagement initiatives.

Prior to joining York Park Group, Stephanie held senior roles across the private, public and not for profit organisations. She works closely with Boards, CEOs and executive leaders to deliver clear, effective communications during periods of significant change and challenge.

  • Led the end-to-end re-brand of a national financial services entity, aligning brand, stakeholder engagement and communications strategy
  • Managed the crisis response for a major cyber incident affecting a government department,     including media and stakeholder engagement
